James was an Irishman who lived in Grange, Milltown, about 20 miles from Belfast in the province of Ulster, in Northern Ireland. He owned a flour mill in this area. The mill was later destroyed by fire. We (Tom and Carol McConaughey) visited the site of the mill in 1976. The present owners of the land on which the mill was located told us about the fire.
